Attorney, enrolled in OAB/RS (Bar Association) with number 34,739, graduated in Law from  Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS in 1993. Postgraduate Degree in Civil Proceeding in 1998 and Master’s Degree in Law in 2003, both from UNISINOS.

Member of the Special Committee on Legislation and Sports Law of OAB/RS (Brazilian Bar Association – Rio Grande do Sul section). Professor of General Procedural Theory  and Civil Proceeding  Law at CESUCA, Professor of Post-Graduation in Labor Law and Social Service Law at UNIRITTER. Partner of Cravo, Pastl and Balbuena Associated Attorneys. Co-coordinator of the Sports Law Core of  Escola Superior da Magistratura   of AJURIS.

Provided services to several clubs and football players. Licensed attorney of BANRISUL S/A. Member and Deputy for the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caixa de Assistência dos Empregados do Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (CABERGS) from 1999 to 2003.
