• Assistance regarding the ongoing situation of players and contracts;

   

• Consultancy on matters related to playing conditions of athletes, , with the issuance of opinions and implementation of measures if necessary;

 

• Legal advice on national and international transfers of players;

 

• Advising and drafting of legal instruments related to the transfer and preservation of the sports bond and economic rights;

 

• Research and investigation related to the civil registration of the player;

 

• Extrajudicial collections, in Brazil and abroad, related to any due credit;

 

• Acting in civil and labor lawsuits;

 

• Consultancy and draft of contracts with investors, partners, sponsors and service providers;

 

• Research and claim of amounts related to Training Compensation and Solidarity Mechanism;

 

• Monitoring of athletes to identify transfers involving potential claims on behalf of the Club;

 

• Performance of  diligences and measures pursuing  the necessary documents to apply for  the "Player´s Passport";

 

• Representation in proceedings before the Disciplinary Committee, Sports Courts and Superior Sports Court;

 

• Permanent advice before Regional Football Federations, Brazilian Football Confederation (CUFF), National Football Associations, Continental Confederations and before Federation International de Football Association (FIFA);

 

• Claim of credits and filing  of proceedings before the Federation International de Football Association (FIFA) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CASS-TAS);

 

• Adoption of measures against National Football Associations and Continental Confederations requesting overdue amounts that weren’t paid by their members.
